Gold-arsenic ore dressing technology

    Native gold - arsenic ore frequently contains 1% to 2% to 10% to 12% arsenic, pyrite, other sulfide minerals pyrite and pyrrhotite. When the gold in the ore is encapsulated in sulfide, the gold-arsenic concentrate or gold-arsenic-pyrite concentrate is generally selected by mixed flotation, and then the concentrate is pretreated and cyanide is recovered. .
    The Romanian Dalni Gold Exchange Plant processes insoluble gold-arsenic ore with a gold content of 7.0 g/t. The plant uses a flotation-baking-cyanide joint process (Figure 1). After the ore was crushed in two stages, it was first wet-milled with a Ф13.66m×7.1m rod mill and then with a m2.4m×2.4m ball mill (closed with a hydrocyclone with a diameter of 609mm). The overflow of the hydrocyclone is subjected to two-stage flotation, and the dosage of the agent is shown in Table 1. The flotation concentrate contains gold of 90-125g/t, sulfur content of 16%-22%, arsenic content of 6%, and gold flotation recovery rate of 89%.

    The flotation gold-arsenic concentrate is calcined in a boiling roaster, and then calcined to cyanide, and the cyanidation recovery rate of gold is 95% to 97%.
