Description:This is digital metal detector that can detect all the foreign metallic bodies, adopt Europe and America's standard designing, the design of the whole machine is up to the requirements for food machinery, suitable to connect with other production line.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for the detection of metal in food, medicine,toy, garments,footwear, chemical industry and leather industries. This can be used for detect the metal impurity which mixed in various products or raw materials during the processing procedure. Such as: iron and non-ferromagnetic metals(iron,copper,aluminum,stainless steel and other common metals can be detected).
Features:
1.Two signal detection circuit merge technology, high sensitivity and high anti-jamming capability.
2.Signal processing shall be calculated by the digital chip automatically, can quick automatically learn to get the best detection phase, can store more than 100 kinds of products, stable and reliable.
3.All-digital DSP programming design, liquid crystal screen with membrane switch touch control panel.(Â The maintenance cost of the screen which adding touch control is cheap and failure rate is extremely low)
4.Self-learning function and high sensitivity.can recognize different kinds of products.
5.The whole machine adopts stainless steel laser cutting and fiber drawing technology, food grade PVC or PU conveyor belts, Japan brand bearing and 304 seamless steel tube roller, adopts Japan Mitsubishi synchronous belt and German JSCC brand motor.
6.Alarm mode of the detector: buzzer warning/automatically stop, have strong shockproof ability, collision and beating will not cause false alarm.
7.It can connect with product line for use to carry out automatically inspection of production.
