The characteristics of the engine plateau calibration is that as long as the smoke level, the exhaust temperature, and the speed of the supercharger exceed the limit value, the oil reduction calibration is required. That is, the torque limit is limited by reducing the fuel injection amount. Therefore, the performance of the engine is affected. Severe index restrictions. The traditional supercharger has a higher temperature in the plateau region, which results in limited engine performance. The Holset® e power-operated supercharger bypass valve is closed to actively compensate the intake air volume, increase the air-fuel ratio of the engine, reduce the exhaust temperature, and greatly increase the engine's altitude capability.

    Compared to conventional bypass valve boosters, Holset® e power changes the bypass valve opening from passive gas activation to active electronically controlled regulation. After receiving the electric signal transmitted by the ECU, the drive linkage mechanism pushes the opening of the bypass valve and actively controls the turbocharger's function to achieve a free adjustment of the intake air volume within a certain range to meet different engine speeds and torques.
