Industrial indicators for Glauber's salt

    At present, China has only established industrial requirements for modern salt lake solid phase mirabilite and intergranular brine, and the industrial requirements for ancient glauberite deposits have not yet been formulated. General industry requirements are as follows:
    1. Modern salt lake mirabilite and anhydrous thenardite
    Boundary grade: Na 2 SO 4 60%
    Ore grade: Grade I Na 2 SO 4 (dry basis) >90%
    Class II Na 2 SO 4 (dry basis) >80%
    Grade III Na 2 SO 4 (dry basis) >70%
    There is no requirement for NaCl, CaSO 4 , MgSO 4 , Fe 2 O 3 and water insolubles in the ore, but the content should be ascertained for separation and utilization. When the muddy mirabilite mine is exploited in the open water, the Na2SO4 content can be reduced to below 8%. The industrial indicators of the Glauber's salt and anhydrous mirabilite deposit in the modern salt lake of Qijiaojing, Xinjiang are as follows:
    Glauber's salt deposit industrial indicators:
    Boundary grade: Na 2 SO 4 60%
    Available thickness: Glauber's salt 0.2 m
    Anhydrous thenardite 0.1 m
    Stone removal thickness: 0.05m
    Industrial indicators for anhydrous Glauber's salt deposits (Table 1):

    2. Intercrystalline brine
    Take the modern salt lake mine in Qijiaojing, Xinjiang as an example:
    Industrial grade: Na 2 SO 4 50g/L
    There is no requirement for the thickness and harmful components of the intercrystalline brine.
    3. Ancient Salt Lake Glauberite Mine
    Take Sichuan Xinjin Ancient Salt Lake Glauberite and Qinghai Huzhu County Niigao Glauberite Mine as an example:
    (1) Ancient salt lake glauberite mine in Xinjin, Sichuan, China Boundary grade: Na 2 SO 4 10%
    Industrial grade: Na 2 SO 4 15%
    Ore grade: Grade I Na 2 SO 4 >35%
    Grade II Na 2 SO 4 25% to 34.99%
    Grade III Na 2 SO 4 15% to 24.99%
    Available thickness: 0.5 m
    The stone has been completely removed at the time of sampling, so it is not specified.
    (2) Niganggou glauberite mine in Huzhu County, Qinghai Province 1 Industrial index of glauberite mine Boundary grade: Na 2 SO 4 ≥15%
    Industrial grade: Na 2 SO 4 ≥20%
    Available thickness: 4 m
    Minimum recoverable thickness: 2 m
    Stone removal thickness: ≥1.5 m
    Classification of ore grades in the table: Grade I Na 2 SO 4 >30%
    Grade II Na 2 SO 4 20% to 29.99%
    Off-surface ore: Na 2 SO 4 15%~19.99%
    2 Surface mirabilite industry indicators Boundary grade: Na 2 SO 4 ≥ 10%
    Industrial grade: Na 2 SO 4 ≥15%
    Available thickness: ≥1 m
    Stone removal thickness: ≥1 m
    When the thenardite is associated with the top of the rock salt, the industrial indicators are:
    Cut-off grade: Na 2 SO 4 7%
    Industrial grade: Na 2 SO 4 10%
    Available thickness: 5 m
    Stone removal thickness: 2 m
    4. Industrial requirements for Glauber's salt mine for glass raw materials
    Glauber's salt: Na 2 SO 4 >90%
    Insoluble residue <30%
    NaCl<1.2%
    CaSO 4 <1.5%
    Fe 2 O 3 <0.2%

    Steering Machine

    1. Reasons for steering failure
    â‘  The steering knuckle arm is deformed. â‘¡The steering knuckle thrust bearing is out of oil or damaged. â‘¢The gap between the steering knuckle king pin and the bushing is too small or lack of oil.
    ④The front axle or frame deformation causes the front wheel alignment to be inaccurate. ⑤ Insufficient tire pressure. ⑥ The steering gear bearing assembly is too tight. ⑦The meshing gap of the transmission pair is too small. ⑧ The horizontal and straight tie rod ball Pins are assembled too tightly or the joints lack oil. ⑨ The steering shaft or main pipe is bent, rubbed against each other or jammed. ⑩Improper lubrication of steering gear and improper toe adjustment.
    2. Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
    â‘ Support the front axle and turn the steering wheel. If you feel the steering is flexible, the fault lies in the front axle and wheels. Because after supporting the front axle, the contact resistance between the wheels and the road when turning the steering wheel no longer exists. At this time, you should carefully check whether the front wheel air pressure is too low, whether the front leaf spring is good, and whether the frame is deformed.
    â‘¡Support the front axle and turn the steering wheel. If you feel the steering is heavy, it means that the fault lies in the steering gear or steering transmission mechanism. At this time, the steering arm can be removed, and then the steering wheel can be turned. If it feels heavy, it means that it is an internal failure of the steering gear. Repair or replace damaged parts as needed.
    â‘¢After removing the steering arm, turn the steering wheel. If you feel light and flexible, it means that the steering gear is not malfunctioning. After checking the above methods, if the tires, front leaf springs, frame, and steering gear are all correct, it can be basically confirmed.
