1. )What about the delivery time?
Re: A. General delivery time is 20 days after we recieved your downpayment for one container.
B. If the order is less and we have stocks, the delivery time can be 7-10 days.
C. If our factory is busy, then we will negotiate the time according to our production plan.
2. ) If the packing can change?
Re: Yes, we can change the outer packing according to your requirements, If it is similar with our packing, we will not add more fee, if the packing is special and with your own brand, we will add some fee according to the detailed cost and your quantities. We can design good packing for your reference. All the design is free.
3. )What kind of shipment terms that you can accept?
Re: FOB, CIF, CNF, CFR, EXW and so on. It will be according to your requirements.
4. )What about the payment terms?
Re: A. For samples or small amount, you can use Western Union or Money Gram.
B. For LCL order less than $10000, 50%T/T deposit, 50%T/T before loading. Or 50%T/T against the BL copy within 7days
C. FCL order, 30%T/T deposit, 30% before delivery, 40% against the BL copy.
D. Long time cooperation, 30%T/T deposit, 70% against the BL copy or L/C at sight. We can also negotiate the payment way for both benefit.
5. )What about the minimum orders?
Re: A. FCL ORDER, for tyre is 200PCS/size. For tube is 500PCS/size.
B. LCL ORDER, if total amount less than USD5, 000, the extra operation cost USD150 is needed.
6. )Where is your loading port?
Re: Qingdao Port. We can also send goods to GUANGZHOU, YIWU. But we will not clean the custom.
7. )Which certificates do you have?
Re: CIQ, CCC, SONCAP, SGS, ISO9001, INMETRO, DOT, EMARK, If you need other certificates, we can also do it according to your requirements.
8. )Do you accept the OEM?
Re: Yes, we accept it if you want to do.
9. )How to guarantee the tyres quality?
Re: A. Standard quality. All the standard quality products will be produced according to ISO9001: 2008 Quality control system. And it must pass GB standard. Our inspector will check the weight, thickness, appearance, structure. Also we will test the tyre on running machine.
B. Producing the tyres according to your requirements, First we will make a sample for your confirmation, if you confirmed the sample, then we will produce the goods as confirmed sample quality.
C. You can provide samples to us. Our engineer will check and study it, if we can produce the same thing. We will produce as your samples.
If customers find our tyre have problem when use(no people reason) or you found any discrepance with the samples after you recieved the goods, we will change the goods for you free.
10. )Do you need some agents in our country?
Re: Yes, we need, if you have enough ability to control the market in your country, then we will try our best to help you exploit the market, If your quantity can reach our requirement, then you can apply to become our sole agent in your country, we will not sell our products to your country by ourself, you will enjoy high profits. At the same time, we will give you many favourable terms.
11)Can you send free samples?
Re: Yes. We can send you samples for free by freight collect. And all the freight charges will return to customers once order confirmed.
