The tire vulcanizing machine for the rubber machinery industry has been approved by the State General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine to enter the National Catalogue for Exemption Products and has been approved by the China Famous Brand Strategy Committee to enter the 2006 China Famous Brand Product Catalogue. It can be described as a double happiness event. This is the first time that China's tire vulcanizing machine has entered these two catalogues. It has achieved a breakthrough in China's rubber machinery to achieve national exemption from inspections and China's famous brand name, and it has actively promoted the awareness of China's chemical machinery brand management.
Sulfurization is the last step in tire manufacture. Vulcanizing machine is one of the key equipments for producing radial tires and directly affects the quality of tire manufacturing. In recent years, China's tire vulcanizing machine has made a qualitative leap in terms of accuracy, reliability, stability, and other aspects through the 'one-stop' research of domestic key equipment for radial tires and business cooperation with multinational tire companies, reaching the world's advanced level. At present, the domestic vulcanizing machine has completely replaced imports and takes over the market for vulcanizing machines needed for new tire factories in China. In addition, China's vulcanizers are exported to Japan, France and other developed countries. According to statistics, in 2005 China produced a total of about 1250 vulcanizing machines, with an annual output value of nearly 1.25 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 200 million yuan, and annual savings of 250 million U.S. dollars; the vulcanizing machine exports about 220, earning about 22 million U.S. dollars. China has become the world's largest producer of vulcanizers, and a number of products have been included in state-level new product projects and state-level science and technology projects.
