 1. TDH Series High Torque Gearbox
Characteristics:
A. "Critical contact between the teeth and rigid film drive control technology" standard with "tandem gear shaft axially zero auto searching track stability control capacity" can guarantee practical application in all high torque output ranges and more than or equal to 125R/min span speed range.
B. With double output shaft axial movement of the zero gap control, all tandem bearings and a single row of large diameter plane thrust bearings have balanced load capacity.
C. Double output shaft end of the high (all + 0.0125mm) control design avoids adjusting screw assembly for operators due to interchangeability factors that could cause element axial misalignment risk of collision.
D. The supply of relatively independent measures (system) to build capacity ensures lubrication, cooling, and oil film rigidity.
Humanized Design and Convenient Daily Maintenance:
1. The high-speed input and double output shaft oil seal offer convenience without affecting the working stability of the transmission box assembly, making it user-friendly.
2. The optimization of the input shaft is designed for easy removal by users, facilitating oil pool cleaning and quick daily maintenance.4. Electric Control System (PLC)
The host's temperature control system uses electric shock solid-state relays and Japanese Omron "without artificial intelligence instruments", featuring dual channels, PID parameter self-tuning, heater circuit indication function; the host current value is displayed by Japanese "RKC", with host interlock to achieve instantaneous current protection; instrument control components are selected from Schneider Inc products.
