Industrial Radiator Recycling Plant Working Process:
Place the material (waste radiator, water tank) into the first crusher for initial crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed to the second shredder. Magnetic materials (iron) are removed via a single roller magnetic separator. After pre-separation, the material enters the air flow separator for final separation of copper and aluminum. The entire production line is controlled under negative pressure and equipped with a pulse dust collector to manage dust effectively, achieving a dust cleaning rate of up to 99.9%.

Industrial Radiator Recycling Plant Description:
The magnetic separator uses a ferromagnetic roller and achieves a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage, with a cleaning rate of 99% and no secondary pollution.
The air flow separator provides a separation rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This machine cuts the radiator into small pieces of 10-15cm.
3. Second Shredder: The shredded radiator is cut into final small pieces.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets exit through this vibrating separator.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
