Vibrating Screen Working Principle:
When the vibrating screen is working, under the effect of the vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth move in a circular, oval, or linear motion. This movement helps disperse and lift the material on the screen surface, allowing fine particles to pass through the material layer and be expelled from the sieve holes, while larger particles continue moving forward due to the vibration.

Working principle
Circular vibrating screen separator uses eccentric block (YK type)/eccentric shaft (YA type) to generate strong exciting force. Due to the unbalanced centrifugal force of inertia of the weights on the exciter, the screen box vibrates. Different amplitudes can be obtained by adjusting the exciter's eccentric weight.
