Phosphorus removal, backward devices, energy saving and consumption reduction

    Since the Phosphorus Group's 100,000 tons/year heavy calcium was built and put into operation in 1995, production has been abnormal due to equipment design flaws and lack of management experience. The equipment has not only suffered from serious corrosion damage, but also suffered losses of up to more than 70 million yuan in one year. To this end, the company decided to eliminate obsolete production facilities, change the traditional process of sulfite-based sulfuric acid, use advanced sulfuric acid production process, the finished sulfuric acid power consumption from 910,000 kwh / ton to the current 310,000 Kilowatt-hour/ton, the annual power saving is nearly 60 million kilowatt-hours, and at the same time, the large-scale installation, advanced technology, and intelligent production management are gradually realized. The company also reformed the phosphorus furnace structure and the blending process in the production of yellow phosphorus, and promoted the use of new power-saving technologies such as reactive power compensation, which enabled the comprehensive power consumption of yellow phosphorus products to reach 14,500 kWh/ton, a reduction of about 8%.

    1.System of detecing Aerosol

    change the atmosphere system. Aerosol testing provides important
    data to the study of global warming and pollution of the environment.

    2. System of detecting the atmospheric temperature

    of weather forecasting, atmospheric environment and process of

    atmospheric dynamics. At present, the method of measuring middle
    atmosphere temperature is rare, so observing stratospheric temperature

    by lidar is very effective.
