Relationship between Capacitance Change and Dielectric Constant of RF Admittance Rod Probes

    The measurement principle of the RF admittance level switch is based on the principle of capacitance. The probe and the container wall in the container form two plates of a capacitor. When the medium between the two plates of the capacitor changes, the capacitance value also occurs. Variety. The measurement principle can be expressed by the following formula:

    In order to study the relationship between material permittivity and capacitance change, we make the following assumptions:

    The first case: D=2000mm, d=10mm, ε=2, find the relationship between △C and H

    The second case: D=2000mm, d=10mm, ε=51, find the relationship between △C and H

    From the above, it can be seen that the larger the dielectric constant, the larger the capacitance change value and the higher the sensitivity. (Calculated as R&D Department)
