CTLW series glassware washer can be used for laboratory to washer all type of glassware, including volumetric flask, HPLC vials, flasks, beakers, test tube, pipettes, Petri dishes, etc, with cleaning, disinfection and drying function together

A, The efficient cleaning system
1, Europe brand water pump, which is high temperature resistant and stainless steel pump, corrosion resistance;
*2, Peristaltic pump is inside of machine, which can ensure liquid detergent adding automatic and accurately;
3, the top and bottom of inner side are mounted rotary spray arm, the spray arm has lot of nozzles for cleaning and drying;
4, Machine have self-cleaning program which is for regular cleaning pipeline system.
B, Quick drying system
1, Independent air heater with high speed circulating fan can improve drying efficiency. Drying temperature range is from room temperature to~ 120 ºC;
*2, HEPA filter efficiency is 99.99%, for efficient filtration of air into the drying system.
*3, hot air for drying will be through the top, bottom spray arm and the nozzle of washing rack, to ensure rapid drying for glassware internal side and external side.
C, the professional design for the structure
1, the material of machine body and inner side is Stainless Steel, which is corrosion resistance;
2, two inlet water interface, and with the overflow hole;
3, drainage pipeline seal design, to prevent sewage upstream;
