Waste Cable Wire Recycling MachineIntroduction of waste cable wire recycling machine
Our cable wire granulator is mainly used for recycling various scrap communication wire/cable, such as copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, waste automobile wire and other miscellaneous wires, with diameter between 0.2-20mm. The copper separation rate is more than 95%. It can process cables and wires that are single core, double core, or multi-core, whether twisted or tangled, with or without a plug. The maximum diameter for double core and multi-core cables is 20mm. For single core wires, the minimum diameter should be 0.2mm.
The copper granulator consists of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system, shaking parts, and final dust collection bag or cyclone. It is a combination structure, and its main working principle is to sort and collect copper through dry production without any water, adopting an environmentally friendly method to recycle scrap wire copper.
Our copper granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder
Roughly crushes raw materials before the second crushing.
2. Second Crushing
An important part before separation, crushing the materials into smaller pieces of 3-5mm.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation
The whole process mainly uses air separation assisted by vibrating separation.
4. Dust Collecting System
A specially designed dust collecting system will be used to collect all the dust caused.
