4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine is powered by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert rotational movement into horizontal, vertical, and inclined motion, which is then transferred to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can change the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
