Transportation of Warehouse Transport Wagon
For lengths less than 6m and widths less than 2.2m, the Electric Rail Vehicle will be transported by a 20ft container. If the length is between 5.9m and 12m, it will be transported by a 40ft container. For quantities of 2 or 3 sets, full container transport is possible. For a single set, LCL container transport is available. If the length is less than 12m but the width exceeds 2.2m, the Electric Rail Vehicle must be transported using a flat rack (20 or 40 ft). For equipment exceeding these dimensions, bulk cargo transportation may be required.

How to Choose the Warehouse Transport Wagon?Â
There are several types of transfer carts, each designed for different applications. They include:
Towed Type Carts - For loads up to 60 tons. These carts have casters or crane wheels and are manually moved on smooth or semi-smooth floors or towed behind lift trucks or powered carts mounted on rail. They offer an economical alternative to purchasing a second powered cart. Winches can also be used for on-rail applications. Carts can be sized to fit space constraints in work areas.
On-Rail Type Carts - For loads up to 100 tons. These carts are mounted on steel rails and move along fixed paths. They can be AC or DC powered. Commonly used for moving materials like steel or liquid tanks from one location to another. Larger capacities and sizes are available for specific applications. Custom deck frames can be designed for carrying entire shifts of production or serving as stable moveable bases.
Steerable Type Carts - For loads up to 45 tons. These carts have two fixed and two swivel casters and are powered by DC batteries (optional AC). Designed for smooth to semi-smooth level floors. Customization is available for specific applications.
