    For lengths less than 6m and widths less than 2.2m, Electric Rail Vehicles will be transported by 20ft containers. If the length is between 5.9m and 12m, it will be transported by 40ft containers. For 2 or 3 sets, full container transportation is possible. For one set, LCL container shipping is available. If the length is under 12m but the width exceeds 2.2m, flat rack (20 or 40 ft) is required. For oversized equipment, bulk cargo considerations apply.

    How to Choose the Warehouse Transport Wagon? 
    There are various types of transfer carts, each designed for different applications. They include:
    Towed Type Carts - For loads up to 60 tons. These carts have casters or crane wheels and are manually moved on smooth to semi-smooth floors or are towed behind lift trucks or powered carts mounted on rail. They are an economical alternative to purchasing a second powered cart. Winches can also be used for on-rail applications. Carts can be sized to fit space constraints.
    On-Rail Type Carts - For loads up to 100 tons. These carts are mounted on steel rails and move along a fixed path. They can be AC or DC powered. Used for moving materials like steel or liquid tanks from one location to another. Custom deck frames are available for specific assemblies and even serve as stable moveable machine bases.
    Steerable Type Carts - For loads up to 45 tons. These carts have two fixed and two swivel casters and are DC battery powered (optional AC). Designed for smooth to semi-smooth level floors. Customization is available for specific applications.

    7. Demolding: After the polyurethane has fully cured, carefully remove it from the mold or container. Use caution to prevent any damage to the cured part.
    8. Post-curing (optional): Depending on the specific polyurethane prepolymer used, post-curing may be required to optimize the material's properties. This can be done by subjecting the cured part to elevated temperatures for a specific period of time.
