    The General Office of the State Council has forwarded "Several Opinions on Strengthening Intellectual Property Rights in Strategic Emerging Industries" issued by the Intellectual Property Office and the National Development and Reform Commission. According to the Opinions, by the year 2015, the ability to create intellectual property will be significantly enhanced, the level of use of intellectual property will be significantly improved, and the intellectual property management capabilities of enterprises and R&D institutions will generally be strengthened. By 2020, the level of intellectual property creation, application, protection and management in China's strategic emerging industries will be significantly improved. Intellectual property rights will effectively support the development of strategic emerging industries, and a number of international companies will have strong competitiveness, strong industrial influence and intellectual property rights. Advantageous enterprises form a comparatively obvious strategic comparative advantage in intellectual property rights in emerging industries.

    Food Grade Phosphate
