Hey everyone,
Just got this update from Danny Nelms about the new 137-foot ladder truck currently under construction. These photos were taken by Mick Smith and give us a great look at the progress being made.
First off, check out this shot below. It’s an early look at the chassis and framework being assembled. You can already see the attention to detail that goes into building these trucks.

Next up, here’s another angle showing more of the build process in action. As you can see, the team is really making headway with the assembly. Every component is carefully put together to ensure it meets the high standards expected from E-ONE.

This next image gives us a closer look at some of the finer details. The craftsmanship is impressive, and it's clear that a lot of effort is going into ensuring this ladder truck will be top-notch when completed.

Finally, take a look at this last photo. It provides a broader view of the entire truck as it starts to come together. The scale of the project becomes even more apparent when you see how much work has been done so far.

It’s always exciting to see these massive vehicles take shape, especially knowing they’re destined for service in Chicago. Big thanks to Mick Smith for sharing these exclusive behind-the-scenes shots. Keep an eye out for more updates as the build progresses!

Organic pigments are insoluble organic compounds that are typically added to substrates in a highly dispersed state to color the substrates. The fundamental difference between it and dyes is that dyes can dissolve in the dyeing medium used, while pigments are neither soluble in the medium in which they are used nor in the substrate being colored. Many pigments and dyes have the same chemical structure and can be converted into each other by using different methods of use. For example, some reducing dyes and sulfurized reducing dyes can be used as fiber dyes if they are reduced to cryptochromes; If not reduced, it can be used as a pigment for advanced inks. Organic pigments are widely used for coloring inks, paints, coatings, raw materials of synthetic fibers, as well as for printing fabrics, coloring plastics and rubber, leather, etc. Among them, ink pigments are used in the largest amount.
