    Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating is a widely used protective layer for pipes, especially in harsh environments. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it suitable for various industries. Below are the key standards that define the materials used in FBE coated pipes.

    Stainless Steel FBE Coated Pipe Standard:

    The most commonly used stainless steel grades for FBE coated pipes include ASTM / ASME A/SA 182: F304, 304L, 304H, 309S, 309H, 310S, 310H, 316, 316TI, 316H, 316L, 316LN, 317, 317L, 321, 321H, 347, 347H, and 904L. These grades are known for their high resistance to corrosion and heat, making them ideal for demanding applications.

    Duplex & Super Duplex Steel FBE Coated Pipe Standard:

    For duplex and super duplex steels, the standard includes ASTM / ASME A/SA 182: F44, F45, F51, F53, F55, F60, and F61. These materials offer superior strength and corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-rich environments such as offshore or chemical processing applications.

    Nickel Alloy FBE Coated Pipe Standard:

    Nickel alloys are often used where extreme temperatures and corrosive conditions are present. The relevant standards include ASTM / ASME SB 564 / 160 / 472 with UNS designations such as NICKEL 200 (UNS 2200), MONEL 400 (UNS 4400), INCONEL 825 (UNS 8825), INCONEL 600 (UNS 6600), INCONEL 601 (UNS 6601), INCONEL 625 (UNS 6625), HASTELLOY C 276 (UNS 10276), NICKEL 201 (UNS 2201), and ALLOY 20 / 20 CB 3.

    Copper Alloy FBE Coated Pipe Standard:
    Common copper alloys used in FBE coated pipes follow ASTM / ASME SB 61 / 62 / 151 / 152, including UNS NO. C 92200, C 83600, 70600, 71500, C 70600 (CU-Ni-90/10), C 71500 (CU-Ni-70/30), and others like C 10100, C 10200, C 10300, C 10800, C 12000, and C 12200. These materials provide good conductivity and resistance to corrosion in specific environments.

    Carbon Steel FBE Coated Pipe Standard:

    For carbon steel, common standards include ASTM A105, A694, A350 LF3, and A350 LF2, with grades such as F42, F46, F52, F56, F60, F65, and F70. These materials are cost-effective and widely used in general industrial applications.

    Alloy Steel FBE Coated Pipe Standard:

    Alloy steel grades like ASTM A182: F1, F5, F9, F11, F22, and F91 are also used in FBE coated pipes. These grades are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure environments, such as power plants and petrochemical facilities.

    Brass FBE Coated Pipe Standard:
    Brass pipes with FBE coating typically follow standards like CA 360, CA 345, and CA 377, as well as SAE J530, SAE J531, and ASA. These materials are often used in plumbing and low-corrosion environments.

    Features of Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coated Spool Pipe:

    1. FBE coating provides excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, with strong resistance to cathodic disbondment.
